The parking lot that is 331 North

OMG! Glad I'm not going north on 331 this AM. It was backed up from Chat Holley to 98, and 98 West bound was stopped half way to 283. I wouldn't be surprised if it was bumper to bumper on the Clyde Wells bridge. If you're gonna leave on Saturdays you better get out EARLY.

Was caught in that mess going west on 98 at about 10:15. Coming back going east it was still backed up at 11:30 westbound to 331 from halfway to 283. Is this something unusual or SOP?
