Trebeache welcomes Bob Kunkel as General Manager. The restaurant has also rolled out a new Summer menu with exciting seasonal signature dishes. New dinner and Sunday brunch menus are here! Read below for a taste! We can't wait!

"We are thrilled to welcome Bob Kunkel, as the new General Manager of Trebeache in Redfish Village" said Chef Jim Richard, CEO of Word of Mouth Restaurant Group. Bob started his journey into the hospitality industry upon graduating from the University of West Georgia. He comes to us with experience at the Shed in Glenwood and True Food in Atlanta.

“The beautiful beaches of South Walton and 30-A have mesmerized me and I am excited to be surrounded by people who bring positive energy to the work environment every day.” explained Kunkel.

New Flavors
Inspired by regional flavors and local seasonal fresh ingredients on the Gulf Coast, the culinary team has crafted a new Summer menu. The offerings include new signature items, Catfish Couvillion, named for an long time staff member and friend, Al Couvillion. The Seared Yellowfin Tuna with Peanut Slaw, Shaved Jalapeño with Ponzu Sauce and Blue Crab and Grilled Avocado Cocktail round out an outstanding chilled bar menu. Trebeache's standing signature items; the Potato Wrapped Grouper and Oysters Intercontinental remain as fixtures on the ever evolving menu.

Brunch Menu is served Sunday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM and features live music by Billy Garrett. Dinner is served from 6:00 PM nightly until close.Summer Menu 2018.

Word of Mouth Restaurant Group is the creative team of Chefs’ Jim Richard, Todd Meisner, Brannon Janca and Director of Operations Stan Meadows.
