In Cassine village at least 2 lots sold this summer for around $200 to $250k.
Two others had sold earlier in the year. These lot are within 1/4 mile of the beach and an easy walk to the public access. There are only 2 other lots for sale in there now.

In the Preserve of Grayton Beach there were 2 lots for sale for $175k and $169k which is the lowest price since the initial release. I also notice that those lots are no longer listed for sale-sold?

hmm-the bottom feeder bargain hunters have been busy.

Build out deadlines are irrelevant in this market. There is no way any of these developers are going to buy back lots that they will then need to resell in a market that is already flooded with inventory.

Hi, we were one of the ones who bought a lot in Cassine this summer. There is no build out time. We're very excited!
