Venture Found Vacation Rentals is looking for someone to join their Guest Services / Reservations team. This position will be responsible for booking guest reservations by telephone and email, entering work orders, and supporting other team members as needed. The applicant must be self-motivated, organized, a strong communicator, business-conscious, and be the welcoming first experience a potential guest, owner or vendor will encounter. Applicant will be prompt, dependable and committed to being on the job every day.
With this position you must have flexible availability and be able to work Saturday's during peak season.. Basic computer skills are a must. Must have some sales experience and able to communicate efficiently over the phone and through email.
High school Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years reservation / sales experience. Must be familiar with using Microsoft Office Products,
•Must have reliable transportation
•Must have personal cell phone
•Ability to work flexible hours
Starting pay range $11-$13/hr.
