    Busy vacation rental and real estate sales office in Destin seeking full or part time Office Bookkeeper/Manager. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
    • Creating, Reviewing and Closing out Work Orders
    • Posting Owner Charges and Rental Payments
    • Paying Vendors
    • Coordinating Vendor Visits
    • Coordinating Property Condition Reports
    • Working with Housekeeping
    • Reviewing Receipts and Invoices
    • Managing Keyless Entry System
    • Guest Services
    • Set Up Units in System
    • Assist Real Estate Office as needed
    Bookkeeping Experience Required.
    Experience with Vacation Rental Reservation Software a Plus.
    Real Estate License preferred but not required.
    Office Hours Plus Work At Home Days Available
