Duties may include, but are not limited to: Creating, Reviewing and Closing out Work Orders Posting Owner Charges and Rental Payments Paying Vendors Coordinating Vendor Visits Coordinating Property Condition Reports Working with Housekeeping Reviewing Receipts and Invoices Managing Keyless Entry System Guest Services Set Up Units in System Assist Real Estate Office as needed Bookkeeping Experience Required.
