village of sugar beach

well, i went to book the purple porpoise for our vacation and now it's not available any of the 3 weeks we want to go.
i guess that's what i get for hemming and hawing too much

sooo, now i have another question for the locals. i see some cute houses, namely pelican porch, in the village of sugar beach. where is that?
is it north or south of 30a?

north of 30A & behind Angelina's . Nice 2 street subdivision which is gated at one end, so no thru traffic. Beach walkover very close. I have been in Pelican Porch which is very lovely and beatifully decorated and would be a great choice for a vacation.
