Delta: Orlando's aparently already running, Cincinnati is supposed to start in June
American Eagle: daily non-stop to Chicago O'Hare starting in August

Pensacola Regional is also agressively adding flights and cities as well. When the new Panama City airport goes online, they need to hire some very argessive management to compete for routes coming into the area. Build it and they will come just isn't going to work.

Northwest through Memphis has generally been pretty pleasant for me. But then my family's home airport is a non-hub so I'll always have to change planes somewhere.

Yep, my usual flights start w/ a VPS to Memphis or PNS to DFW leg. Can't wait for direct service to Chicago!

Orlando, huh? Didn't know that. Panama City has a non-stop to Orlando which is pretty easy. I despise changing planes in Atlanta to fly back into Florida!!

I think the Orlando one has actually been there for a bit now, and the press release in the paper muddled it a bit. When I did a quick search on Delta flights, it's an active route with tickets available for purchase.

At some point a while back, Delta and Continental picked up a bunch of the old US Air intra-Florida routes that US Air dropped as part of bankruptcy.

cheapest flight I saw today was over $300 round trip. Sometimes I have gotten a flight from PFN for as little as $186.
