Single family closed sales were down 10.3% for June compared to the same month last year. A rare drop in month over month statistics. The number of pending sales for Walton County was down 2.5%. Inventory was down 1.4%, dropping for the 14th month in a row. Median sales price was up 1.0%. Dollar volume decreased 6.6% over last year at $187.3 Million.

I wonder if drops are due to customary use battle.
