I am interested in a 2/2 condo or cottage to rent for one year - beginning November. I recently moved to the area from Fort Lauderdale (from WI originally) and work off from 30A. I would like to spend around $1,300 per month. I am a single woman, 35 and no pets; however I am interested in getting a cocker spaniel in the near future.
