Wanted: Local family needs long term rental

We've lived in the area for two years and need a home for our growing family. Would love a 4 bedroom home beginning a year's lease in March. Kids attend Butler and husband works at Sacred Heart, so we're hoping to be in that vicinity. Looking to spend up to $3000/month. Very clean and conscientious family. References available.
