I am looking for a LTR to start the middle -end of January for my 2 small sons and I. My husband will be deployed to Afghanistan in Feb and I would like to be closer to my parents who live on 30A.
This rental will be at least 9 months but could be up to 15 months. I have references and excellent credit. Here's what I am ideally looking for:
3 + bedrooms
2+ bathroom
unfurnished
garage
utilities included (with exception of cable/internet)
fenced backyard
NO pool
$1000/month
