Wanted LTR : Garage Apartment over a 2 car Garage.
Need Apartment above a 2 car garage and need the
(total) garage space for storage. Would like utilities
(water, electrict) included in rent. Would like to keep
rent around $700 per month. I am posting this for a

PS: She wants to be within 2 to 3 blocks to the beach
on 30A. Also, I was her landlord for 2.5 years and
she was a perfect renter. If this were ebay she would
get a A+++.

I'd suggest searching Rosemary Beach. They have lots of "carriage houses" that fit your description.
