My place rents in days I place an ad. Ideally, I need a place for February 1st 2014
for a long term rental.
I am single, NO PETS, not getting pets, and a job. I wish to find a small place and would like to be able to have a cooktop. A stove is not that important, a washer and dryer or the ability to have one would be needed. A small 1 bedroom, studio, carriage, garage, like MOST on this site for this area of Santa Rosa Beach and surrounding. I am a professional, designer, and very quiet, clean, organic, yoga, clean, and respectful. I pay my bills on time and have no mortgages on any of my homes as a landlord and homeowner.
I can try to be more flexible for this date and work with my new tenants as things move. My tenants must
offer a 60 day notice. If I found something soon they can give notice and move date could be a lot sooner
than Feb. 1st. thank you
