Hi,
I have a 1bdr/1 ba that will be available starting Dec 21. I've had a renter in there for the last 2 years and she just informed me that she is moving out. The condo is in Seagrove in Beachwood Villas complex. It is updated and fully furnished. We updated the kitchen 2 years ago, installed hardwoods in the bedroom, etc. The rent is $875/mo.
