Ideal tenant in search of a long term rental.........there are so many vacant carriage houses in Watercolor, just wondering if anyone has one they'd like to rent long term or know of anyone who does?
Open to any rentals on 30A, just seems these are plentiful -and vacant!
Can provide excellent references & credit.

Hi- I don't have a place in Watercolor, but I have an adorable 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unfurnished home at the Bungalows of Seagrove a few miles down the road.
