I am trying to sublease my room immediately. Lease will end on April 9, 2012. The room being rented is located within Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. It is a very nice & quiet location in the Crystal Cove community. You would have the master bedroom & bathroom. The place is furnished with everything, including a king size bed in the master bedroom. You also have french doors that open up to the balcony that overlooks the lake.
The roommate is a very nice, chill, clean, respectful & responsible male that is a project manager so his work hours are M - F, 7am-5pm. He is a 28yr old male who used to be in the military so he is extremely laid back & can live with anyone.
Rent is $825/mo & you'd still have to pay 1/2 of the electricity & cable.
I love this place & the only reason I am trying to sublease is because of a job opportunity in Miami. Please let me know if you would like to know more.
