Rumor has it that Watercolor is in the process of not only gating the development, but some entrances will have guards. Not sure how this works out when 50 percent of your homes are rentals.....

Not really necessary but often in these developments the HOA board is made of intense homeowners.

They already gated every amenity including pools and docks.
