Watersound Origins Phase IV Plat - Request to approve by final plat.
Project number PLA18-000024 is being reviewed by Renee Bradley. This
is a major plat application submitted by Innerlight Engineering Corporation
on behalf of The Watersound Company, LLC, requesting approval to plat
54 single-family residential lots on +/- 15.83 acres with a future land use of
Coastal Village One. The project is located from intersection of Hwy 331
and US Hwy 98 travel east on Hwy 98 approximately 11.2 miles to
entrance on north side of 98 and is identified by parcel number(s)
25-3s-18-16000-001-0000.

Excerpts from Staff Report:
❖ This Phase IV development is approved for 361 single family lots, per development order 17-
00100124 amended by LTM18-000051 to 359 lots.
❖ Previous Actions: WaterSound North Residential Approval per PUD/DRI 1,432 units -317 for
Phase I= 1115 units remaining prior to Development Order 17-00100124 for Phase IV consist of
361 single family units and a balance of 754 residential units.
❖ History: WaterSound Origins has derived from the original Camp Creek North DO #0940
(11/9/99). The WaterSound North PUD Development Order #1727 (10/7 /03) amended by DO 05-
00100053, and the DRI Resolution #2005-40 was approved on 6/7/05. The project has developed
Phase I and Phase 2B of Phase I consisting of 317 units. Development Order 17-00100124 for
Phase IV consist of 361 single family units and was amended by LTM18-000051 to reduce the
development from 361 lots to 359. This plat is for 54 of the 359 single family units (Stillwater at
WaterSound) and will leave a balance to be platted of 309 units from Development Order LTM18-
000051.
