The Watersound Origins community will host the annual Watersound Origins Porchfest on Sunday, October 9 from 3 - 6PM. This event will take place throughout Watersound Origins on the front porches and lawns of the community.

Porchfest goers will walk along the porches and lawns while listening to live music from Big Phun, Anthony Peebles, Jessie Fitter, and more. New this year, - the 30A Songwriters Stage will showcase a past Songwriters Fest performer.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair and friends and be ready for an afternoon of good music, good people, and good neighbors. Food Trucks at the event include: Curry in a Hurry and Taco 30A.

Artists:

Jessie Ritter
Based in Nashville, Tennessee and Northwest Florida, singer/songwriter Jessie Ritter plays a heartfelt brand of country with a breezy, romantic feel and plenty of charm.

Anthony Peebles
Anthony's original songwriting, as well as his performance of cover songs, showcase his talent to perform classics from all eras and genres of music, from rock and roll classics to pop songs of today.

Big Phun
This 21st century jug band has just about every instrument you can think of - fiddle, washboard, and a mandolin just to name a few!

30A Songwriter Stage
After strolling the Watersound Origins paths listening to local live music, end the day back at Village Commons. the 30A Songwriters Festival will be hosting their own stage and include performers seen at the festival.

Watersound Origins is located on US 98 across from Camp Creek Golf Club - look for the white bridge.

The Watersound Origins community will host the 4th Annual Watersound Origins Porchfest. This event will take place on the front porches and lawns of the Watersound Origins community. Attendees will be able to stroll the community while listening to live music from The Abe Partridge Band, Anthony Peebles, Jessie Ritter, Big Phun, and The Cosmic Rascals.

NEW this year, the 30A Songwriters Festival Stage will showcase festival favorite – The Abe Partridge Band. American Songwriter Magazine writes, “Abe Partridge has established himself as one of the most respected songwriters and visual folk artists in the southeast.”

Local food trucks Curry in a Hurry and Taco 30A will be onsite during the event selling favorites like tandoori chicken pizza and street tacos. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets.

Event is free and open to the public
