Michigan but someday in SoWal as well
There is a piece of property that someone started to develop during the boom and then abandoned it. It has concrete pillars, a basketball court at the back, and had a French name when it was being built. It's between Cottages at Camp Creek and Magnolia Cottages. I noticed that the lot is being cleaned up and it looks like something might be happening there. Does anyone know what the plan is? Thanks.

There is so much going on its hard to keep up with...

Planning Dept. Girl lost it and took a vacation due to not wanting to field all the calls.

Time to watch close so things don't "slip through"

It was to be called Chateau du Paris and was platted for seven single residential lots. Access granted through Montery (might be Tranquility) across the street. Cleared recently with rumor Luke Bryan bought it for a compound. Think that County cleaned it up as it was an eyesore, but don't know that for sure.
NOTE: Tew borrowed density from this property for Montery/Tranquility so 7 lots are all that's allowed now. Look for whoever buys this lot to try and get around this since it has been so long and County is subject to revising history.
