Eden Gardens State Park Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny
Eden Gardens State Park and the Friends of Eden Gardens would like to invite everyone to Easter at Eden on Sunday, April 12th, from noon to 3 p.m. Families are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch. The festivities start at 12:00 noon, with the Easter Bunny arriving at 1:00 p.m. Egg hunts will be open to local children at 1:30p.m. Volunteers to help with the egg hunt are always appreciated. There will be music again this year and the Boy Scouts will be helping to hide the eggs for the children as well as selling cookies and lemonade.
Parking inside the park is very limited. Overflow parking will be provided at Bay Elementary. Admission to the park is free, donations to the Friends of Eden are welcome and appreciated. Eden Gardens State Park is located in historic Point Washington, off U.S. 98 on C.R. 395. To volunteer or for additional information call 850-231-1167.

more info from Friends of Eden..

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Eden will be Sunday, April 12. We are in hopes that every one will come out with family and friends and bring a picnic lunch. Enjoy the Park, the grounds and the gardens.

Gather by the Bay where the stage is located. The Easter Bunny will arrive at 1 PM followed by the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM for ages 0-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12. Prizes will be awarded in each age group.

We are still looking for someone, or a group to play music...(It's a very tight financial budget we are on for this event.) Easter at Eden is free and brought to you by the Friends of Eden and the Florida State Park Service.

If weather is bad, we'll be in the Pavillion and will have the Hunt wherever there is cover.

Spread the word. This is a gift Friends of Eden gives to the community. For more info, contact Polly Capps at 267-4928.
