Since Marie's is closed for lunch, what are options? Is VKI closest place?
You could try Basmati's. Never had their sushi, though. VKI is decent.
Love Basmati's but they only have one shrimp roll at lunch as far as I know.
It's a little bit more of a drive, but Sushimoto just past the outlet mall on the right is great!
I think Basmati's has a tuna roll and a veggie roll at lunch as well. Also, I'm pretty sure that 45 Central in Seaside serves sushi at lunch
Publix actually isn't bad by grocery store standards (the locations I've bought from understand how to make proper rice) but for the good stuff, I'll throw in another vote for Sushimoto. Don't let the sign on the front door turn you off- they're actually really nice folks who will customize pretty much anything for you because hey want to make you good food. They've just got a small seating area and a sometimes difficult customer base.
Publix has a poor excuse for sushi and leaves it out way too long. Plus they have started covering most everything in spicy mayo. A terrible trend.
Simple and fresh for me. Stop americanizing every food on the planet!
Not in Grayton, but not far and really good!
We love VKI too. Old Florida Fish house does sushi right on 30a at Eastern Lake. You just have to survive the drive through Seaside.
Does OFFH have sushi for lunch?
45 Central opens at 2 pm and has fantastic sushi!!
I swore they did because I saw the chefs there behind the counter preparing things while there at lunch. I just checked and they don't start until 5pm
