The Hearld reported on January 22nd 2015 the following:"...Barley (Mayor) said that the bag, which apparently contained about $4000 in receipts, became missing sometime during the period between Dec. 5 and 8, 2014."How did the city reconcile its accounts for that long?Does anyone believe the the money bag "fell between the seat".
