DO you say good riddance to large reptiles or want to catch the alligator killer?
A sworn law enforcement officer with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office found 4 alligator carcasses while he was fishing at Alaqua Creek off Highway 20 last weekend. The deputy noted that the four alligators had their tails cut off and upon closer examination they were shot in the head. The Sheriff’s Office along with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is asking the public to report any information they may have about the incident to FWC at 1.888.404.3922.
