We recently had a great Sowal girls night out at NEAT in Alys Beach. We planned to be there on a Tuesday night for Wine & Song on a night we knew Chris Alvarado would be performing. Wine & Song is a weekly Tuesday night wine tasting event where you can taste select wines ($20). They have specials on case wines as well. Wine tasting participation is optional - anyone (21 and up) can come out and enjoy the night in the heart of Alys Beach.
We opted to order from the creative cocktail and small plate menus to share at our table in the Tasting Room. (Wine tasting is optional). We enjoyed a few rounds of drinks, listened to Chris Alvarado's acoustic sets and experienced some amazing food. I knew NEAT was a very unique bottle shop, bar and tasting room. But, the overall Tuesday night experience was much more than expected with the sound of great music, good wine and delicious food.

Hummus Plate, Olive Oil, Espelette Pepper, Sea Salt, Naan
Baked Burrata Bolognese, Tall Pines Beef, Basil, Baguette
Prosciutto de Parma Flat Bread, Roasted Garlic, Figs, Arugula, Manchego, Vincotto
Cheese board
French Macaroons
Every bite was wonderful. The baked burrata Bolognese was the table favorite served hot with warm fresh bagette.
