FYI- On March 1, 2007, there were 18 closings entered, located in SoWal.

I haven't completed the Feb Sales numbers yet, but will share them when I finish the work.

Do a search for Jan sales, or something like that. I posted all of the sales data as attachments in that thread. As Bobby J stated, WalCo PA is always behind the times. They are about 8 months faster than they used to be, but still behind.
