My name's Rebecca. I'm 27, employed full time and taking classes. I don't have pets OR smoke. I've been living with my brother and sister in law since I moved from NYC, but they're about to have a baby! I'm SUCH an ideal candidate.. i have great references and I'm super busy so I pretty much keep to myself (my parents are landlords, i know how awful tenants can be!). Also, I'm really handy! I can do little jobs here and there as needed, I'm happy to paint for you, etc

I'm looking for a place in March, although depending on price, I may be able to move in February. Please get in touch if you think I'd be a good fit.. I work in two places on 30A so somewhere in that area would be ideal.
