Goat cheese baked in our house made pomodoro sauce and served with baked ciabatta bread

Romaine lettuce and mixed greens, artichoke hearts, roasted red bell peppers, tossed in Italian vinaigrette and topped with Caprino cheese, coated in toasted hazelnuts and grilled Eggplant.
