8/27/07 - Seagrove Beach, Grayton Beach, Florida on Scenic 30A

Old Sign / New Sign - the landmark “Seagrove Villas & Motel” will be flattened after the frst of the year to make way for new condos and beach club for “Naturewalk At Seagrove”

The old Seagrove Village Market and former office of Seagrove developer Cube Mcgee is scheduled to be razed in favor of new condos and restaurant.

Large flocks of pelicans have been seen over the beaches lately following the coastline East and South for the Winter.
