Friday, October 11
Friday kicks off a weekend mini-fest of singer-songwriters at Grayton Bar & Grill with singer-songwriter and master guitarist, Will Kimbrough. A native of Alabama’s Gulf Coast, Kimbrough has a profound knowledge of musical genres that include folk, blues, gospel, country, rock ‘n’ roll, punk rock, and jazz and has spent a lifetime performing, writing and collaborating with the best. The American Music Association named the critically acclaimed, Grammy-nominated musician 2004 Instrumentalist of the Year. With songs recorded by Jimmy Buffett, Little Feat, Jack Ingram, Todd Snider and others, Kimbrough’s multidisciplinary approach has led to many desirable collaborations in the studio and on-stage with well-known artists including Rosanne Cash, Guy Clark, Rodney Crowell, Steve Earle, Gomez, Emmylou Harris, and the Jayhawks, among many others. From his early club tour days to now, the multi-talented, active father of two makes a lasting contribution to every project he produces, performs and creates.

Saturday, October 12
On Saturday, Grayton Bar & Grill welcomes the sensational sound of the prolific and talented singer-songwriter-performance duo Anthony Crawford and Savana Lee who teamed in 2009 to form the band Sugarcane Jane – “…homespun acoustic sound is organic music at its finest” - Lagniappe Mobile.

Crawford, an Alabama native and a prolific songwriter, has more than 400 songs to his credit, many recorded by artists that include Steve Winwood, Pegi Young, Kenny Rogers, Lee Greenwood, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sawyer Brown, Billy Burnett, and Lorrie Morgan. Crawford’s solo career has been equally productive and he has recorded several albums including a self-titled debut album, Radio Cafe, and his latest, Five Is Red—his strongest solo accomplishment to date. To name just a few, Crawford has toured with Steve Winwood, Dwight Yoakam, Vince Gill, the Pegi Young Band, Nicolette Larson and Blackhawk. Crawford is a multi-instrumental musical prodigy and he is gifted photographer and videographer. One of his photos appears on the cover of Neil Young’s Chrome Dreams II and he recently produced a “rocumentary” entitled On the Road with a Rock Star, which captures the day-to-day life of touring with friend and colleague Neil Young.
Also from Alabama, Savana Lee started her musical career as percussionist in a hometown band that took her immediately after high school to New Orleans where she played downtown clubs in the Big Easy and Slidell. A move to Nashville and connections to a certain sound engineer led to Lee recording her songs with country legend Loretta Lynn. During her Nashville years, Lee wrote and performed at world-renowned Bluebird Café as well as at the Broken Spoke, Douglas Corner, The Boardwalk, and other popular writers’ hangouts. Lee also co-owned and managed a well-respected vintage analog studio in Nashville, TN called Deepfield Studio. Lee’s studio has recorded many major label artists including Lucinda Williams whose work there was nominated for a Grammy for her recording on the Hank Williams Tribute Album ‘Cold Cold Heart’, Rodney Crowell, Bruce Cockburn’s You’ve Never Seen Everything, Emmylou Harris, Terri Clark, Lee Anne Womack, Jack Ingram, Keb Mo, Colin Linden, Blackie & The Rodeo Kings, and eventually, Anthony Crawford.

Sunday, October 13
Grayton Bar & Grill hosts A Special Evening of Food and Music with Holly Williams, which is SOLD OUT. Holly is the grandaughter of Hank Williams Sr. and daughter of Hank Williams Jr.
