Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood Debuts New Menu Filled with Fall Flavor

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa has announced a new fall menu at Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood. The menu highlights creative dishes filled with fall flavor created by Executive Chef Lee Guidry. 

Using the highest quality of beef and local Gulf seafood, Chef Guidry has introduced several new palate-pleasing plates. This new menu features several first course dishes perfect to start your evening, such as Pan-seared Peking Duck Breast cured overnight and then lightly smoked before being served over a hash of roasted spaghetti squash, onion, scallion and duck confit. The Seagar’s Crab Cake is created with blackened jumbo lump and king crab served over a classic Thermidor sauce. And the Cured Ivory King Salmon sliced thin and wrapped around a soft herbed cheese, placed atop toasted rye bread.

Seagar’s Fall entrées include Seared Snapper with borlotti bean and rock shrimp ragout, rainbow chard and a beurre blanc sauce... Seared Diver Scallops featuring lobster quiche, asparagus tips, grilled king trumpet mushrooms, lobster velouté and caramelized cauliflower. The new fall menu is available through January 2020. Seagar’s is open Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m.
