Seeing Red Wine Festival Tickets on Sale July 15

Tickets for the 28th Annual Seeing Red Wine Festival go on sale July 15 at SeeingRedWineFestival.com.

This fall, reds, whites, and rosés will be uncorked during Seeing Red Wine Festival, four days of wine and culinary events being held in Seaside Nov. 8 - 11, 2018. Recognized as one of the “Top 10 Can’t-Miss Fall Wine Festivals” by Fodor’s Travel, the festival draws attendees from around the world who make the trip to the iconic beach town a yearly tradition.

Guests will enjoy sipping on delicious wines, and tasting unique and delectable food pairings. Wine aficionados and foodies will savor carefully selected Gulf Coast-to-table dishes from Seaside’s famous restaurants while sipping beautifully-paired, quality-curated wines from around the globe.  This year, the festival will also feature a VIP experience in Ruskin Place.

This year’s festivities include Bud & Alley's Wine Dinner on Thursday evening, the Gulf Coast to Table Dinner on Friday, the Festival Grand Tasting on Saturday, and a Celebration Of Bubbles Brunch on Sunday, all in coveted Seaside style. Each year has been a sell-out event, and this year will be no exception. Tickets are limited. Get your tickets early. Proceeds from the wine festival benefit Seaside Neighborhood School.

“Our goal each year is to make the event better than ever ,” says Kevin Boyle, Seaside Events Director. “This year, we’re excited to bring back our retail tent, making it easier for our festival-goers to purchase the wines they loved.  We’re also going to feature more than 100 wines, paired with culinary selections from our award winning restaurants.”

Bud & Alley's Wine Dinner Thursday, Nov. 8, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Seeing Red Wine Festival festivities kick off Thursday, Nov. 9 with the Vintner’s Dinner at Bud & Alley’s restaurant featuring a highlighted vintner to be announced.

Gulf Coast to Table Dinner - Ruskin Place Friday, Nov. 9, 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Friday brings an exciting, new-to-Seaside event—a farm-to-table, sit down dinner featuring an elegant evening of locally sourced offerings paired perfectly by a renowned guest chef and complemented by live music under twinkling stars in Seaside—an exclusive event not to be missed. 

Grand Tasting - Downtown Seaside Saturday, Nov. 10, 1 to 4 p.m.
Seaside’s Central Square will come alive with quality wines for tasting curated by Seaside’s own restaurants and eateries, hand-selected food offerings chosen by Seaside’s popular and well-known local chefs, as well as live music, and the opportunity to purchase wines on site.

Celebration of Bubbles Brunch - Ruskin Place Sunday, Nov. 11, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sunday wraps up the weekend with a Celebration of Bubbles, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Great Southern Café. Sparkling wine enthusiasts will explore Champagne, Cava, Prosecco and more, alongside a perfectly paired menu from Chef Jim Shirley.

Accommodations

Park and Ride
Guests can take shuttles to and from Seaside for the event. The Seeing Red Wine Festival is offering complimentary shuttles to all guests at the new County Public Lot on CR 283 in Grayton Beach. Shuttles will run continuously allowing guests the opportunity to arrive early, stroll through Seaside and stay late for dinner following the event.

The Seaside School, one of Florida’s first charter schools founded in 1996 is now one of the oldest surviving public charter schools in the state of Florida. Its original goal was to create a school to address the need for better middle school education in Walton County. Now with more than 330 students across two campuses, The Seaside School encompasses two locations. Seaside Neighborhood School serves grades 5 through 8 and is located in the iconic beach town of Seaside, Florida. Seacoast Collegiate High School serves grades 9 through 12 offering students the ability to graduate high school with an associate college degree and is located on the campus of nearby Northwest Florida State College. Soon, Seaside School will expand to serve kindergarten through 4th grades.
