The CheezZiest Love Story Ever Told

There is the fairy tale story behind those delicious Brazilian cheese rolls at SayCheezZ located in beautiful Grayton Beach. The 3000 square foot kitchen is impeccably clean and polished. It is owned and operated by two very special people – Raf and Bea (pronounced Bee - ah) Slim. They call themselves best friends and while they’ve known each other for many years, they lived on two different continents for the majority of that time.
Raf and Bea both lived in big cities for years and were both in the petroleum industry. They met on a long-distance business phone call in 1995 while Bea was living in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Raf in Houston, TX. For nine years they spoke frequently over the phone, but they never met in person. After several years it became evident that their destiny was written in the stars. Raf fell in love with Bea's heart and finally proposed over a long distance phone call and she said, “Yes!”

A rendezvous was arranged for them to meet at the Sao Paulo airport for the first time. It was a beautiful moment that they will always cherish. Raf visited Bea many times, but would always return to Houston. Until finally, Raf and Bea were married on a farm in Brazil in 2005. After several years of vacationing in South Walton and falling in love with the area, they renewed their vows and left the hectic cities to establish permanent residency in the paradise of SoWal.

Bea is an entrepreneur, and had her own homeopathic pharmacy in Brazil. Her high level of commitment and her creative mind prompted her to create a new idea. Her unique concept was to develop a product that offers a healthy snack to accommodate a large circle of people with food allergies. Cheese rolls are a staple food in Brazil and have been around for centuries. With the ever-growing population of people with food allergies, Bea decided to add a twist to the cheese rolls by introducing organic and gluten free ingredients.
Bea is the head chef and Raf is the managing director of SayCheezZ. They both enjoy a grain-free diet. They were both diagnosed with gluten intolerance approximately six years ago. Bea's past ocurrences of chronic migraines were finally extinguished with a radical change of saying goodbye to gluten.

The ingredients chosen to make the SayCheezZ Brazilian rolls are carefully selected with a great deal of research. Quality is the number one priority at SayCheezZ. It is all about serving friends with a healthy and delicious product. The cheese rolls are very versatile in pairing with other types of food. They are very colorful, have a distinguished appearance, and a heavenly aroma.
The featured items are cheese, cheese with bacon, and cheese with sun-dried tomatoes. They pair nicely with fresh brewed coffee for breakfast. And for all the wine lovers out there, these cheese rolls are heavenly with your favorite vino. When baked, the cheese rolls can be sliced in the middle and served with an assortment of cold cuts, black olives and greens. Tuna, capers and sprouts make an impressive ensemble. The cheese rolls are currently being sold at various health foods stores and cafés - For The Health Of It at Blue Mountain Beach, All Is Well in Andalusia, Alabama, Golden Almond in Destin, Feelin’ Good in Fort Walton, and Grayt Grounds of Monet Monet in Grayton beach.
