North Beach Social
North Beach Social, sitting pretty on the south side of the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay, is an open-air beach bar specializing in elevated, casual dining. Open seven days a week, North Beach Social reflects the natural beauty of its scenic surroundings, namely some of the best sunsets overlooking the bay in South Walton.
Located on the first level of the two-story building at the foot of the 331 bridge, underneath sister restaurant Farm & Fire Southern Pizzeria, North Beach Social has a large covered deck along the beach with outdoor seating and a wraparound bar - - the perfect place to relax with a cocktail while the kids play on the beach. You might even spot a few dolphins chasing fish for dinner if you’re lucky.
Chef Jim Shirley's hot spot to eat, play and socialize showcases food favorites from across his five restaurants — along with some specials of their own. Among the locals' favorites are the Great Southern Café's famous Grits a Ya Ya, the Bay's Bomber Burger, fresh raw oysters, and 45 Central’s poké bowls. Grab a table, order from the bar and relax with a cold drink while you wait on your fish tacos.
NB Social will also feature daily drink specials and ongoing events and music including beach bocce tournaments and dockside family movies. Follow North Beach Social on Facebook to stay informed.
