The menu is ever changing and based on what Partner Chef Ken Duenas is connecting with - and what fresh ingredients he can get that day. There’s nothing he can’t do in the kitchen.
The menu features eclectic cuisine complete with small plates, a raw bar, and sharables that pair perfectly with fine wines available in house. There are nods to global cuisine: Moroccan Spiced Lollipop Lamb Chops; Clams and Mussels with flavors of lemongrass, coconut milk, basil and ginger. And nods to Southern foodways: Pan-Seared Diver Scallops; and Pan-Roasted Pork Belly served with a fig compote.
Chef’s Ceviche is sure to be fresh with seasonal ingredients. While sharables like the Tomahawk Ribeye are perfect for date night, especially if you uncork a bottle of red.
