This role is vital in supporting field logistics, property inspections, team management, and daily turnover operations across our portfolio of 100+ luxury vacation rentals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable leading field staff, skilled in light maintenance, and able to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. [B]KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Housekeeping & Field Operations[/B] [LIST] [*]Support the Director of Housekeeping in managing daily turnover operations across 100+ luxury homes. [*]Assist with scheduling and coordinating housekeepers, inspectors, and independent cleaners based on arrivals, departures, and same-day turns. [*]Conduct rigorous quality-control inspections prior to guest check-in to ensure 5-star brand standards are met. [*]Execute light maintenance duties (e.g., changing HVAC filters, minor troubleshooting) and deliver guest requests or missing amenities in the field. [*]Promptly address and resolve emergency housekeeping or property issues impacting guest satisfaction. [/LIST] [B]2. Team Leadership & Coaching[/B] [LIST] [*]Assist in recruiting, onboarding, supervising, and evaluating internal cleaning staff and third-party vendors. [*]Clearly communicate brand standards, cleaning checklists, and performance expectations to field teams. [*]Provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure high productivity and attention to detail. [*]Maintain strong, professional working relationships with housekeepers, maintenance techs, and external vendors. [/LIST] [B]3. Inventory, Supplies & Property Quality Control[/B] [LIST] [*]Help manage storage facilities and track inventory levels for linens, towels, toiletries, and guest supplies. [*]Track linen rotations and report damaged, worn, or missing items reported by cleaning staff. [*]Document property damage, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions during pre-arrival checks and report them through our software system. [*]Ensure all amenities, welcome kits, and high-touch areas are properly presented before guest arrival. [/LIST] [B]4. Technology & Guest Experience[/B] [LIST] [*]Use tech stack daily to log property tasks, update inspection checklists, track maintenance orders, and communicate across teams. [*]Assist with corrective cleans or guest-reported housekeeping issues to support positive review scores. [/LIST] [B]QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS[/B] [LIST] [*][B]Experience:[/B] 1+ years of hospitality, housekeeping management, or short-term rental operations experience (30A market experience preferred). [*][B]Technical & Field Skills:[/B] Ability to perform light maintenance tasks, change HVAC filters, and navigate property management apps. [*][B]Schedule & Flexibility:[/B] Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday turns) with standard shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
