Hello SoWal! I'm hoping SOMEONE can help me out. My husband is shipping out with the Airforce in a few weeks for a 2 year unaccompanied training and I need to find an affordable place to live near work soon! I'm hoping to find something $900 or less for 1-2 bedroom with some utilities included, a washer and dryer, and that allows pets (I have a 30lb mini aussie & 32lb sheltie). I'm looking for something as close to Miramar Beach as possible! I have a very high credit score, can provide references from previous landlords, and manage a housekeeping department for a rental management company in the area so I'm quite clean 😀 If you know of anyone who needs a tennant please pass my info along to them!!!

We hope you have found a rental house, but if you haven't we have just posted an ad on Sowal entitled 3Bd/2Ba house at 2445 Bay Grove Rd. w/bay view from screened porch - $875/mo. This is about 20 minutes from Miramar Beach, so may not be as close as you want. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. The house sets across the street from the bay. The screened in porch wraps around the front of the house for a nice view of the bay sunsets. It will be available no later than June 15th or the tenant may move a little sooner, if need be. The electric bill is quite reasonable, the tenant said it was $135 for the last bill. Water and sewer is about $50/mo. Are your dogs outside, inside or inside/outside dogs?
