1-2 bedroom South of 98 in Santa Rosa Beach

I am looking for a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom South of 98 starting in July when my current lease ends. I’d prefer to be under $2k a month. I’d prefer to be near 30a as that’s where I’ve been the last few years. Please reach out if you have something. I’d also be willing to get a more expensive place and split with someone.
