1-2 Br/Ba Long-Term rental

I’m looking to find a small (1-2 Br/Ba)
apartment/condo/room/house to rent with a 6 or 12 month lease. I’d like to stay below $1400/month including utilities.

I’m 25, a former active-duty Marine, and current EMT. I’m moving to the Destin area to attend the Fire Academy at NWFSC beginning on August 20th.
