A carriage house would be great, must have parking for 1 vehicle. Somewhat flexible on exact dates, but looking for September through February.

This unit is gated, has an elevator and is on an end unit on top floor so no unit is above or on the north side. Unit has vaulted ceilings and a great view of the community pool. Hardwoods throughout, granite in kitchen, water and internet are included. $2k/month plus security deposit with first and last months rent paid prior to occupancy.
