Hi!! I am renting a 1BR/1BA in Santa Rosa Beach for $1625/month. I am looking for someone to take over my unit. You would sign your own new lease with the complex. The apartment is great, pet friendly and has several amenities (including 2 pools & a gym). Let me know if you are interested, I can send photos and videos!

Looking for a 1 bed 1 bath in Santa Rosa Beach area. Hoping to find a shorter term lease (6 months or so) but not a deal breaker.
Budget is $1500-$1700.
