It is a guest cottage nestled in the woods with lots of privacy and quiet. Our last tenant stayed in this comfortable, light, bright, and convenient spot for 10 years. It is newly renovated with granite countertops, fresh paint, closet organizer, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and updated bathroom. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer.

This beach cottage is located in Seagrove Beach proper just off 30A, 3 blocks (3 min bike ride or 10 min walk) to the San Juan Beach Access with parking, rinse station, and bike racks. The Seaside Town Center Amphitheatre is just 1.6 miles (8 min bike ride) away from the front door. Plenty of award-winning restaurants, shops, amenities, a fresh seafood market, Balance Health Studio, and Publix Super Market at Watercolor Crossings are all within walking/biking distance. This quiet neighborhood is nestled between the beach and state forest with nature trails nearby. It is the perfect spot to live the SoWal lifestyle in Santa Rosa Beach.

- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
- No subletting for any length of time.
- Any tenant over 18 years old must complete an application.
- Minimum credit score of 650 and rental history a must.
- Minimum 1 year lease.
- Available May 4, 2023
- Deposit $2000
- Rent $2,000/month includes water, sewer, trash/garbage, quarterly pest control, and yard care.
- Tenant pays for electricity, cable, and internet.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Pets may be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $1,000 per pet and a monthly pet fee based on size, breed, and species. Absolutely no aggressive breeds in whole or part, this is not negotiable.
