Wanted 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to rent January - May of 2026

I am looking to spend a few months living in 30A, anywhere between SoWal and Rosemary!
Hoping to find a place within walking distance from the beach, $1,400 a month with everything included, and a washer and dryer on-site! *a place fully furnished would be ideal since I plan to fly or drive!
My name is Kay-Lee Parker; I will be 20 this year! I am a portrait photographer. I live in northern Maine, so it gets pretty cold here, making it a perfect time to stay close to the beach in 30A's off-season to busy season January-May of next year!!!
Any leads would be so appreciated! Or know of anyone that needs a housesitter/dogsitter within those months!

You can drive, walk or bike ON 30A but you can't live IN it (because it's a road)! j/k good luck finding a place they are expensive here (you can live in SoWal or South Walton) lol - Maine is too cold for me!

Keep in mind Spring Break is Bizzy! Usually about March 1 through mid April or so. We hardly have an off season but January and February are pretty slow by comparison. Excepet for 30A Songwriters Festival in January it is packed.
