1 BR or studio for local

I am born and raised from here and currently am having to downsize on my living. I am searching for a 1 bedroom, studio, or carriage house around here.. even as far as sandestin. Hoping to pay $800.00 monthly for everything. Need something by end of March/ beginning of April. I work two jobs and am a single mother with a 4 yr old daughter.
