1 or 2 Bedroom Home (Not until Nov 2021)

Hi there!

I know that long-term rentals that are reasonably price are very far-and-few in between here in South Walton, so I wanted to jump-start. I am stuck in my lease until Dec 2, 2021, and would love nothing more than to get out of apartment living.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom home in either Panama City Beach, Destin, or South Walton. I am not looking for a condo, as I have a golden lab and pomeranian teacup. (Both are incredibly well-trained and always up-to-date with shots, etc.) With that shared, a yard with a fence is highly preferred.

I work from home indefinitely, so I spend LOTS of time at home, especially with the given circumstances of COVID. I'm not looking to spend more than $1650 a month but would love to hear from anyone who has something that might be open. I am also looking for unfurnished; having a washer and dryer in-unit would be a "wish list" but not a deal-breaker

I do not smoke and would love to find a place to call home when my lease is up. I know all of this is very specific, but I don't want to waste anyone's time. I hope to hear from someone soon!
