Mature professional couple looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom dog friendly place near 30a for 3 to 6 months. We are moving to the area in September and hoping to find a place available on the 1st but we are flexible with the move-in date. My husband and I have a medium size labradoodle that doesn't shed or smell.

I have a home available a mile from the west end of 30A. It is 3 bedroom/2 bath and pet-friendly with a fenced-in back yard. However, it is rented until October 3. But it is available from October 3 (or perhaps October 4 depending on cleaning schedule) until the end of February (I could probably extend it into the beginning of March, if needed). You can see pictures of the home here. The rent is $2000 per month and includes utilities.
