Wanted 10 week summer rental for 2-5 girls 30A Area

I am looking for a house, apartment, guest house, garage apartment, or anything for 2-5 girls in our 20s in 30A. We will be doing a summer internship and are open to any suggestions/help!!! Work is in Alys beach, but we could be up to 30 minutes away from seaside area. please help!!! Dates could be from May 23rd-August 10th, or a 10 week minimum. thank you !!!

Hi- I have both potentially. I have a duplex in the west end of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach. It's about 10 mins from downtown Rosemary. One side is a 2/1 and the other a studio. I can't really rent the studio separately bc it doesn't have it's own meter, however, I can rent the whole property to someone and allow sublet of the studio. If she has a larger group this could work. I am open to lease between 3mo-12mo. House was just vacated last week and is ready to be shown. It's listed on Zillow.
