FORT WALTON BEACH, FL — The Emerald Coast’s largest gathering dedicated to holistic health and natural living is celebrating 10 years. The 10th Annual Emerald Coast Holistic Health Expo returns September 12-13 to the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center for a weekend of discovery, education, hands-on experiences and community connection.
Presented by Natural Awakenings Northwest Florida, the free, family-friendly expo brings together holistic and integrative health practitioners, wellness professionals, educators, natural product companies and local businesses—all under one roof.
Attendees can talk face-to-face with experts, sample products, experience wellness therapies and technologies, attend educational presentations and discover resources available in Northwest Florida.
“In a world where we increasingly turn to Google, social media and AI for answers, there’s still nothing like having a real conversation with someone who understands what you’re looking for,” says Daralyn Chase, publisher of Natural Awakenings Northwest Florida and co-founder of the Expo. “Whether you’re passionate about holistic health or simply curious, this is a place to explore, ask questions, try something new and find your tribe.”
The Expo takes place Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission and parking are FREE. All ages are welcome and door prizes will be awarded throughout the weekend.
