I’m moving to 30A for a job and am searching for a 1BD/1BA unfurnished carriage house or guesthouse in the Seagrove, Seaside, or Grayton Beach areas. Ideally looking for a year long rental starting in July or August that is private, clean, and well-cared for.

it has two separate sleeping areas one bedroom and the other open room with twin over full bunk bed. Price depends on lease length. Best to call and discuss 202-697-1396
