Seeking a quiet, 1BR/1BA min rental anywhere from Inlet Beach to Fort Walton.
Open to a carriage house, A D U, condo, or apartment (if it has a water view). No studios please & W/D would be ideal.
Doesn't need to be right on 30-A, but must be bikeable to the beach. Looking for something well-maintained, newer construction preferred (health conscious prevents water damaged area)

Happy to pay in cash. Preferably a private owner.
No pets, no smoking, no drinking, no partying.
I take very good care of a space as if it's my own, just looking for privacy & a peaceful environment. Please reach out if you have something & open to a reasonably fair rate.
